Brisbane City Council • November 2026
When I first moved to Brisbane, I was captivated by its natural beauty. It didn’t take long to discover that the greatest treasure isn’t the mountain or the views. It’s the people.
Through my service on the Parks & Recreation Commission, the Brisbane Chamber of Commerce, YouthPoint Health, the Brisbane Lions Club, as well as other community organizations, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside neighbors who care deeply about this remarkable town.
I’m running for City Council because I believe we can preserve what we love about Brisbane while preparing thoughtfully for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
My promise is simple: I will listen carefully, lead collaboratively, and push for progress while preserving the qualities that make Brisbane such a special place to call home.
I would love to hear from you. Reach out to share your ideas, thoughts or questions.
Public service has always been at the center of my life. As a teenager, I served as a U.S. Congressional Page. In college, I interned in the U.S. Senate. Early in my career, I worked for State Senator Quentin L. Kopp, learning firsthand that public service is about listening to constituents, solving problems, and earning trust.
Professionally, I’ve been a journalist, communications executive, nonprofit leader, and now an executive and career coach. Across every role, one lesson has stayed with me: the best solutions come from bringing people together.
Since moving to Brisbane, I’ve dedicated myself to serving our community through civic organizations, nonprofit leadership, and the Parks & Recreation Commission. Today, I’m running for City Council because I believe Brisbane deserves thoughtful leadership that balances respect for our history with careful planning for our future.
